Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied but we are aware that sometimes people won't like what they get.
Maps are sent for printing every hour and mailed out around 5 pm Pacific Time. If you make a mistake or wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can correct the issue.
If you are not satisfied with the print you receive, contact us within 30 days so that we can issue a refund or send a replacement. Each print will have to be returned back to us for inspection and once inspected, we will issue a refund. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
We do not issue refunds on digital map orders.
